Η εκπομπή «Διηγήσεις» – «Ιστορίες και παραμύθια για μικρά και μεγάλα παιδιά» παρουσιάζει το Σάββατο 17 Ιανουαρίου 2026, στις 17:00 ώρα Ελλάδας, από τη Φωνή της Ελλάδας, την αφήγηση του τρίτου βιβλίου της τριλογίας της Έπης Μίχη Ζέγγου, με τίτλο «Το (πολύ ξεχωριστό) χρωμόσωμα 21» σε έκδοση του Συλλόγου Γονέων & Φίλων ατόμων με Σύνδρομο Down Θεσσαλίας «Ο Κύκνος».
Την όμορφη εικονογράφηση του βιβλίου με ιδιαίτερα κατανοητή προσέγγιση του Συνδρόμου Down μέσω των εικόνων, την υπογράφει η εικονογράφος και δημιουργός Θεοδοσία Κώτσικα.
Ας μιλήσουμε για το Σύνδρομο Down στους μικρούς και μεγάλους ακροατές μας, στηρίζοντας τη σημαντικότατη επιδίωξη του Συλλόγου από τα έσοδα της πώλησης του βιβλίου! Κάθε αντίτυπο φέρει το γνήσιο της υπογραφής του προέδρου του Συλλόγου Γονέων & Φίλων ατόμων με Σύνδρομο Down «Ο Κύκνος», ενώ πολύτιμος στόχος όλων των μελών και φίλων του Συλλόγου είναι η διαμόρφωση και ολοκλήρωση μίας πρότυπης δομής αυτόνομης διαβίωσης και αυτοδιαχείρισης για παιδιά και άτομα με Σύνδρομο Down.
Μέσα από την ιστορία της συγγραφέως Έπης Μίχη Ζέγγου και το μήνυμα του προέδρου του Συλλόγου Γονέων & Φίλων ατόμων με Σύνδρομο Down Θεσσαλίας «Ο Κύκνος», Κωνσταντίνου Διαμάντου, οι μικροί αλλά και οι μεγάλοι μας ακροατές μαθαίνουν πως: “..το Σύνδρομο Down ΔΕΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΑΣΘΕΝΕΙΑ. Είναι απλά μία χρωμοσωμιακή διαφοροποίηση που δημιουργεί την ανάγκη μέσα από ειδικές βοήθειες να αναδειχθούν οι ικανότητες που έχουν τα παιδιά με Σύνδρομο Down. Σε μία κοινωνία πολιτισμού και ίσων ευκαιριών, η ρήση ΟΛΟΙ είμαστε ΔΙΑΦΟΡΕΤΙΚΟΙ, ΟΛΟΙ είμαστε ΙΣΟΙ, αποκτά ιδιαίτερο νόημα για τα παιδιά με Σύνδρομο Down και το μέλλον τους. The program “Narratives – Stories and Fairy Tales for All Ages” presents, on Saturday 17 January 2026, from 17:00 to 18:00 on Voice of Greece, the narrated narration of the third book in the trilogy by Epi Michi Zeggou, titled “The (Very Special) Chromosome 21.” The book is published by the Kyknos Association (Parents & Friends of People with Down Syndrome of Thessaly).
The book’s warm and sensitive illustrations—offering a particularly clear and accessible visual approach to Down syndrome—are signed by illustrator and creator Theodosia Kotsika.
Let us talk about Down syndrome with both our younger and adult listeners, supporting the Association’s vital mission through the proceeds from the book’s sales. Each copy bears the authentic signature of the Association’s President, while a key shared goal of its members and supporters is the creation and completion of a model structure for independent living and self-management for children and adults with Down syndrome.
Through the story by Epi Michi Zeggou and the message of the Association’s President, Konstantinos Diamantos, young and adult listeners alike learn that:
