Το «Near & Far» Kastellorizo International Music Festival
σε ζωντανή μετάδοση από τη Φωνή της Ελλάδας

Η Φωνή της Ελλάδας θα μεταδώσει ζωντανά το «Near & Far» Kastellorizo International Festival 2026, το μοναδικό διεθνές φεστιβάλ στην Ελλάδα αφιερωμένο στον Ελληνισμό της Διασποράς, από την Παρασκευή 26 έως και την Κυριακή 28 Ιουνίου 2026, από τις 21:00 έως τις 24:00 ώρα Ελλάδας.
Το παγκόσμιο ραδιόφωνο της ΕΡΤ, για δεύτερη συνεχή χρονιά, θα μεταφέρει στους ακροατές του σε όλο τον κόσμο τον παλμό μιας διοργάνωσης που φέρνει στο Καστελλόριζο Έλληνες καλλιτέχνες που διαπρέπουν ανά τον κόσμο, αναδεικνύοντας τη μουσική ως κοινή γλώσσα επικοινωνίας και δημιουργίας. Την παρουσίαση των ζωντανών μεταδόσεων θα έχει ο Προκόπης Αγγελόπουλος, ενώ την ηχοληψία θα επιμεληθεί ο Αργύρης Παντελιάδης.
Οι ζωντανές μεταδόσεις της Φωνής της Ελλάδας ξεκινούν την Παρασκευή 26 Ιουνίου με το «Far Voices», στο πλαίσιο του οποίου ο πιανίστας Μάριος Τούμπας και το τρίο του παρουσιάζουν το πρόγραμμα «East of the Sun», με πρωτότυπες συνθέσεις και jazz standards.
Το Σάββατο 27 Ιουνίου, στη βραδιά «Together», ο εμπνευστής και καλλιτεχνικός διευθυντής του φεστιβάλ, Περικλής Κανάρης, συμπράττει με την Ανδριάνα Μπάμπαλη, τον Γιώργο Καραβέλατζη και τα παιδιά του Καστελλόριζου σε μια ξεχωριστή μουσική συνάντηση.
Το φεστιβάλ ολοκληρώνεται την Κυριακή 28 Ιουνίου με τη θεματική «Near Roots», όπου ο Costa Latsos, συνοδευόμενος από τον Θάνο Σταυρίδη, παρουσιάζει το «Pappou’s Grammophone», μια μουσική παράσταση που κινείται ανάμεσα στην όπερα, το Broadway και σύγχρονες μουσικές προσεγγίσεις.
Η διοργάνωση τελεί υπό την αιγίδα του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού και του Υπουργείου Εξωτερικών, με τη στήριξη της Γενικής Γραμματείας Απόδημου Ελληνισμού και Δημόσιας Διπλωματίας.

Near & Far Kastellorizo International Festival 2026
Live on Voice of Greece
For the second consecutive year, Voice of Greece, ERT’s international radio service, will broadcast live from Kastellorizo, bringing the sounds and atmosphere of the Near & Far Kastellorizo International Festival 2026 to listeners around the world.
From Friday, 26 June through Sunday, 28 June 2026, daily from 21:00 to 00:00 Athens time, Voice of Greece will provide live coverage of the festival, the only international event in Greece dedicated to the Greek Diaspora.
The live broadcasts will be hosted by Prokopis Agelopoulos, with Argyris Panteliadis serving as sound engineer.
Returning for its second year, the Near & Far Kastellorizo International Festival brings together distinguished Greek artists from across the globe, celebrating music as a universal language that connects people, cultures, and communities. Through concerts, educational workshops, and cultural activities, the festival transforms Kastellorizo into a meeting place for artistic exchange and creative dialogue.
Voice of Greece’s live coverage begins on Friday, 26 June with “Far Voices”, featuring pianist Marios Toumbas and his trio in “East of the Sun”, a program of original compositions and jazz standards.
On Saturday, 27 June, as part of “Together,” the festival’s founder and artistic director, Pericles Kanaris, joins Andriana Babali, George Karavelatzis, and the children of Kastellorizo for a special musical collaboration.
The festival concludes on Sunday, 28 June with “Near Roots”, featuring Costa Latsos and accordionist Thanos Stavridis in “Pappou’s Grammophone”, a musical performance that moves between opera, Broadway, and contemporary crossover repertoire.
The festival is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with the support of the General Secretariat for Greeks Abroad and Public Diplomacy.
