Ένα μοναδικό αφιέρωμα με τίτλο «Αναφορές στον Μάνο Χατζιδάκι» παρουσιάζει η εκπομπή «Η δική μας πόλη» με τον Θέμη Ροδαμίτη, που μεταδίδεται την Κυριακή 23 Νοεμβρίου 2025, στις 12:00-14:00 ώρα Ελλάδας, από τη Φωνή της Ελλάδας.
Η εκπομπή στέκεται σε ιδιαίτερα κείμενα αλλά και μουσικές και τραγούδια-σταθμούς: ξεχωριστές στιγμές από την πλούσια και μοναδική ιστορία του αγαπημένου και αλησμόνητου συνθέτη, που μας «μίλησε» με τα πιο ουσιαστικά και αυθεντικά λόγια για τη μουσική, τον πολιτισμό της Ελλάδας, τους πολίτες της.
Στην εκπομπή διαβάζονται κείμενα που είχαν γράψει σημαντικοί άνθρωποι για τον Χατζιδάκι (Ραλλού Μάνου, Νίκος Κούνδουρος, Μένης Κουμανταρέας κ.ά.) και μιλούν για την καλλιτεχνική σχέση τους μαζί του, ο σκηνοθέτης Δημήτρης Βερνίκος, ο συνθέτης Νίκος Κυπουργός, ο ερμηνευτής Μανώλης Μητσιάς, ο ηχολήπτης Γιάννης Συγλέτος και ο ποιητής Γιώργος Χρονάς.
Το μουσικό κεφάλαιο που φέρει την υπογραφή του Μάνου Χατζιδάκι θα μείνει στη ζωή μας για να μας συνοδεύει στις πιο ιδιαίτερες και συγκινητικές στιγμές μας, δίνοντας τον τόνο μιας ανεπανάληπτης γιορτής – σαν να είναι και ο ίδιος παρών.
Μια ιδιαίτερη εκπομπή φτιαγμένη με ευαισθησία και μεράκι για τον καλλιτέχνη και πολίτη που έδωσε νέα πνοή στη ζωή μας με τον ερχομό του, πριν από 100 χρόνια.

“Echoes of Manos Hadjidakis”:
A tribute by the program “Our Town”
On Sunday, 23 November 2025, from 12:00 to 14:00 (Athens time), the program “Our Town” with Themis Rodamitis presents a special tribute titled “Echoes of Manos Hadjidakis.”
The broadcast revisits landmark texts, songs and musical moments—distinct highlights from the rich and singular journey of a beloved and unforgettable composer who spoke to us with the most essential and authentic words about music, Greek culture, and the people who shape it.
Listeners will hear readings of texts written about Hadjidakis by eminent figures (Rallou Manou, Nikos Koundouros, Menis Koumandareas, among others), while several collaborators and close admirers of his work share their artistic connection with him: director Dimitris Vernikos, composer Nikos Kypourgos, singer Manolis Mitsias, sound engineer Yiannis Sigletos, and poet Giorgos Chronas.
The musical legacy signed by Manos Hadjidakis remains ever-present—accompanying our most intimate and moving moments, setting the tone for an unrepeatable celebration, as though he were still among us.
A program crafted with sensitivity and devotion, honoring the artist and cultural figure who brought new life to our cultural landscape with his arrival one hundred years ago.
