Την Ελένη Ναστούλη, καθηγήτρια Ιολογίας στο University College of London και την Ελληνίδα ερμηνεύτρια της τζαζ Μόνικα Καμπασελέ υποδέχεται αυτή την εβδομάδα στο στούντιο της Φωνής της Ελλάδας ο Προκόπης Αγγελόπουλος.
Συγκεκριμένα:
Την Πέμπτη 28 Αυγούστου, στις 11:10, ο Προκόπης Αγγελόπουλος, φιλοξενεί στην εκπομπή «Πάρε τον Χρόνο σου» την Ελένη Ναστούλη, καθηγήτρια Ιολογίας στο University College of London, την Ελληνίδα γιατρό που μας μίλησε από τον πρώτο καιρό της πανδημίας με ψυχραιμία και με επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένη άποψη για αυτό που συνέβαινε.
Θα συναντηθούμε για πρώτη φορά από κοντά, για να μάθουμε περισσότερα για τη ζωή της στο Λονδίνο, τις τελευταίες εξελίξεις στον τομέα της έρευνας γύρω από τις ιώσεις και πολλά άλλα ενδιαφέροντα θέματα.
Την Παρασκευή 29 Αυγούστου, στις 11:00, είναι καλεσμένη η Ελληνίδα ερμηνεύτρια της τζαζ Μόνικα Καμπασελέ που κάνει επιτυχημένη καριέρα στη Γαλλία με εμφανίσεις σε όλη την Ευρώπη.
Η Μόνικα Καμπασελέ γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1995. Είναι πτυχιούχος του τμήματος Ελληνικής Φιλολογίας του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών (ΕΚΠΑ) και κατέχει μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο σπουδών με θέμα «Jazz αυτοσχεδιασμός με νέες τεχνολογίες» από το ίδιο πανεπιστήμιο. Έχει παρακολουθήσει σεμινάρια τραγουδιού με τους Jay Clayton, Sheila Jordan, Kurt Elling και έχει συνεργαστεί με μερικούς από τους σημαντικότερους μουσικούς της ελληνικής τζαζ σκηνής, όπως o Παντελής Μπενετάτος, o Σεραφείμ Μπέλλος, o Δημήτρης Βασιλάκης και ο Δημήτρης Καλαντζής. Η καλεσμένη έχει συμμετάσχει σε projects όπως τα Sera Bellos vocal quartet, Anamateur and Pros presenting Monique, Jazz Democracy, Girl Talk, και υπήρξε ιδρυτικό μέλος των World Trio, Dearly Beloved Nancy και Grecofuturisme. Έχει κάνει πολλές συναυλίες και έχει εμφανιστεί σε φεστιβάλ στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό.

Eleni Nastouli, Professor of Virology at University College London, the Greek doctor who spoke to us from the very first days of the pandemic with calmness and scientifically grounded insight into what was unfolding, joins Voice of Greece in the studio for the program “Take Your Time” with Prokopis Agelopoulos on Thursday, 28 August, at 11:10 a.m. This will be our first in-person meeting, where we’ll learn more about her life in London, the latest developments in viral research, and many other fascinating topics.

Greek Jazz Singer Monika Kabasele from Paris on Voice of Greece

On Friday, 29 August, just after 11 a.m. Αthens time, Greek jazz vocalist Monika Kabasele—who has built a successful career in France with performances across Europe—joins Voice of Greece in the studio for the program “Take Your Time” with Prokopis Agelopoulos.
Born in Athens in 1995, Monika is a graduate of the Department of Greek Philology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) and holds a Master’s degree in Jazz Improvisation with New Technologies from the same institution.
She has attended vocal seminars with Jay Clayton, Sheila Jordan, and Kurt Elling, and has collaborated with some of the most important musicians on the Greek jazz scene, including Pantelis Benetatos, Seraphim Bellos, Dimitris Vassilakis, and Dimitris Kalantzis.
Her artistic path includes participation in projects such as Sera Bellos Vocal Quartet, Anamateur and Pros presenting Monique, Jazz Democracy, Girl Talk, and she has been a founding member
of World Trio, Dearly Beloved Nancy, and Grecofuturisme. She has performed widely in concerts and festivals both in Greece and abroad.
